I'm based in Copenhagen, and I've spent the last five years inside SaaS scale-ups trying to answer one question: how do you efficiently scale an organisation without losing sight of what matters? I've sat at the table with founders and C-level in scaled complexity — and learned that although the question is always the same, the answer keeps changing.

That's meant working across the full breadth of finance and operations — from strategy to controlling. My work spans the full picture — from the financial model to the process that makes it run, and the project management that makes it land. I care about the output, but I care just as much about building something that gets sharper every quarter, not just busier.
